The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings or a Coffee Addicted Writerrelaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

Question of the Week:
What was the first book you read this year?
Answer of the Week:
The first book I started was Haunted Charleston: Scary Sites, Eerie Encounters, and Tall Tales by Sara Pitzer. I’m also just finishing up the audiobook I started this week, Murder on the Christmas Express by Alexandra Benedict and I just started reading A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson
What about you? What was your first read of 2023?
Haunted Charleston, sounds like a very interesting read Taylor. My first book was The Family Remains by Lisa Jewell.

It was! It gave me a ton of places to visit when I go back this year! That sounds really good! I don’t think I’ve read anything by Lisa Jewell yet.
